Support tickets

Open a support request, follow its status, and reply to the support team.

What is a support ticket?

A support ticket is a tracked conversation between your organisation and the Trakngo support team, kept inside the workspace so it has a status and a full history.

A ticket is better than an ad-hoc phone call or email when the issue needs a record—everything stays attached to your organisation and remains visible to colleagues who have ticket access.

Open a support request

  1. Go to Settings → Tickets and select the new-ticket action.
  2. Use a short subject that identifies the affected feature, vehicle, asset, or order.
  3. Describe what you expected, what happened, and when it occurred.
  4. Submit the ticket, then open it from the list to follow its status.

Include useful context

  • Your organisation name and user email
  • The vehicle registration, asset name, tracker serial, or order reference
  • Date, time, and timezone of the issue
  • Exact error text and the steps that produced it

Reply to the support team

Open the ticket to read the conversation and current status. Add your response to the existing thread instead of creating a second ticket for the same issue.

Ticket viewing, creation, and replies are separate permissions. Your role determines which actions are available.
