Organisation onboarding

Choose a plan, order optional hardware, and finish setting up your workspace.

What is onboarding?

Onboarding is the short guided sequence that runs after you register a new organisation. It collects the few decisions Trakngo needs before your workspace is useful: which plan you are on and whether you need hardware.

A plan is the subscription that determines your capacity and available features. Onboarding is not a one-time lock-in—plans change in Billing and hardware can be ordered later from the Store.

Done

Plan and hardware choices can be skipped. You can change your subscription from Billing and order devices from the Store later.

Choose a plan

  1. Compare the available Free, subscription, and pay-as-you-go options.
  2. Check included tracker capacity and features against the size of your fleet.
  3. Select the plan you want, or stay on Free and continue.

Add hardware

Browse compatible trackers and accessories, adjust quantities, and proceed to checkout if you want to order during setup. Select the skip option if hardware is already available or purchasing will happen later.

After delivery: claim each tracker from Fleet → Hardware using the serial number printed on its shipping box.

Finish setup

The completion screen finalises onboarding and handles a return from checkout when payment was required. Continue to the workspace, then add fleet entities and invite your team.
