Your profile

Update the personal and contact information shown in Trakngo.

What is your profile?

Your profile is the personal record Trakngo keeps for your own user account: your name, operational contact details, and profile photo.

It describes who you are to colleagues, not what you are allowed to do—access comes from your roles and groups. It is also separate from your sign-in credentials, which are held by the identity provider used to authenticate you.

Update your details

Open Settings → Profile. Profile is available to every signed-in user, even when other Settings pages are hidden.

  1. Review your name and operational contact information.
  2. Update fields that have changed.
  3. Upload or replace your profile photo if required.
  4. Save and confirm the new details appear.

Profile versus sign-in identity

Your profile contains details stored in Trakngo for the customer workspace. Authentication remains with the configured identity provider, so password and sign-in changes may need to be made there instead.

Changing a contact email in Profile may not change the identity you use to sign in.

Organisation administrators

Admins can manage a user’s roles, groups, effective access, and organisation-facing record from Settings → Users.
