Every term Trakngo uses in the customer workspace is defined below in plain language, with a link to the guide that explains it in practice. If a screen uses a word you have not seen before, start here.

The action that records an incident as reviewed or actioned. It does not change or disable the rule that raised it.
Alert ruleRead the guide →
The configuration describing what to watch, its threshold, when it may trigger, and which vehicles it covers.
AssetRead the guide →
Tracked equipment that is not managed as a road vehicle, such as a trailer, generator, container, or item of plant.
ConfigurationRead the guide →
A reusable template of tracker settings that can be applied to compatible hardware.
CreditRead the guide →
A prepaid unit used by pay-as-you-go organisations to switch on map access for a vehicle or asset for a period of time.
DriverRead the guide →
A record representing a person who operates fleet vehicles. It is fleet data, not a sign-in account.

The combined access a user actually has, resulting from all of their assigned roles.
