Accounts and invites

Create an organisation, sign in securely, or join a team from an invitation.

Organisations, users, and invites

Three related ideas control how people get access to Trakngo.

Organisation
The business account that owns your fleet, hardware, and history. All data is scoped to it.
User
One person’s sign-in that belongs to an organisation. Users are the people who log in—not the drivers recorded in your fleet.
Invite
An emailed link that lets a specific person create their access to an existing organisation.

Create a new organisation

Use Create account when your business does not already have a Trakngo workspace.

  1. 1. Enter your email.

Trakngo sends a six-digit verification code to confirm the address.

  2. 2. Verify and add company details.

Enter the code, then provide the organisation information requested.

  3. 3. Continue to onboarding.

Choose a plan and hardware now, or skip those steps and return to them later.

Join an existing organisation

An organisation admin invites you from Settings → Users. Open the invitation link sent to your email and follow the prompts to establish your sign-in account.

Invitation links are specific to you

Do not forward an invite. If it has expired or was sent to the wrong address, ask the admin to send a replacement.

  • Select Sign in and use the identity associated with your invitation or registration.
  • If sign-in succeeds but a menu is missing, the cause is usually your assigned role—not the login itself.
  • Your Trakngo profile stores operational contact details; authentication remains managed by the sign-in provider.
