Sign in, understand the workspace, and take the first steps with your team.
What is Trakngo?
Trakngo is a cloud-based GPS tracking service for fleets. A tracking device fitted to each vehicle or asset reports its location over the mobile network, and the customer workspace turns that data into maps, alerts, reports, and records your team can act on.
Everything you see belongs to your organisation—the business account that owns your fleet data and controls who can access it. No software installation is required; the workspace runs in a web browser.
Before you begin
Trakngo is organised around your organisation. What you can see and change depends on your role and the visibility groups assigned to you.
1. Access
Use your own account or accept an invitation from your organisation admin.
2. Fleet
Add vehicles, assets, drivers, and tracker hardware as needed.
3. Operate
Use the map, alerts, reports, and maintenance tools day to day.
Sign in and orient yourself

Open the sign-in page
Select Sign in on the Trakngo website. Enter the account details associated with your organisation.

Check the main navigation
The top navigation contains Home, Alerts, Reports, and grouped menus for Fleet, Shop, and Settings. Items you cannot access are hidden.

Review the live map
Home opens the fleet map. Use the floating Vehicles & assets panel to search, choose what appears, and open an entity.
Recommended setup order
A new organisation will usually get the clearest result by completing these tasks in order:
- Open Settings → Organisation and confirm the business and contact details.
- Open Fleet → Hardware and claim shipped trackers using the serial number on each box.
- Add records under Fleet → Vehicles, Assets, and Drivers.
- Assign trackers to the vehicles or assets they monitor.
- Open Settings → Users to invite teammates, then assign appropriate roles and visibility groups.
Why am I missing a menu item?
Trakngo only shows features permitted by your role. Your visibility groups can also limit which vehicles, assets, drivers, geofences, and users appear. Ask an organisation admin to review your access.
