Reports

Generate movement, summary, temperature, stationary, fuel, and maintenance reports.

What is a report?

A report turns the tracking history Trakngo has already stored into a structured result you can read, share, or keep. You choose a report type, a date range, and which vehicles or drivers to include.

Where the live map answers “where is it now?”, a report answers “what happened over this period?”. Each report type asks a different question of the same underlying data—trips, totals, temperature, stops, fuel, or servicing.

Build a report

  1. Open Reports and select a report type.
  2. Choose the From and To dates.
  3. Search for a vehicle or driver, or leave the selection set to all.
  4. Generate the report and review the result before exporting it.

Choose the right report

Movement

Trip history, routes, speed and stop times.

Summary

Daily usage totals and performance overview.

Temperature

Stationary

Long parked or idling sessions by vehicle.

Fuel

Consumption, refill events, and fuel anomalies.

Maintenance

Export results

Available report results can be exported for analysis, distribution, or record keeping. Exporting PDF, CSV, or Excel files requires the Export reports permission.

Use the smallest practical date range and a specific vehicle or driver when investigating one event. This produces a faster, more focused result.
