Hardware is quoted separately
Wired, OBD, and battery-powered trackers have different unit costs, installation, and replacement policies. Most fleets blend device types—your quote will itemise hardware once we understand asset types and install constraints. See Products for an overview.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a lock-in contract?
Commercial terms vary by tier and promotion. Many customers prefer annual billing for predictability—ask sales for the current policy.
Do you charge per vehicle or per user?
Monthly subscriptions typically include a platform component plus per-active-asset fees. Additional users may be bundled or metered depending on plan. Pay as you go has no monthly platform fee—you buy credit packs and spend credits to unlock location access per vehicle or asset.
How does Pay as you go work?
There is no recurring subscription. After you register, choose Pay as you go, then buy prepaid credit packs (from $25 for 250 credits). Spend credits to enable map access for each vehicle or asset—about 24 hours of access per credit. You can switch to a monthly plan later in Billing.
Can we trial before we commit?
Pilot programs are common for mid-size fleets. Mention vehicle count, regions, and whether you need temperature monitoring when you contact us.
