Keep your business identity, address, and contact details current.
What is an organisation?
An organisation is the business account that owns everything in your workspace—vehicles, assets, drivers, trackers, geofences, alert history, reports, orders, and users.
It is the boundary around your data. Users belong to an organisation, and records are only visible within it, which is why organisation details appear on operational and billing correspondence.
Keep organisation details current
Open Settings → Organisation to review the business information attached to your Trakngo workspace.
- Organisation or legal business name
- ABN and business identifiers
- Postal or operating address
- Primary contact information
Update the profile
- Review each field for accuracy.
- Make the required changes and save.
- Confirm the updated details appear after the page reloads.
Use organisation settings for company-wide information. Individual users should update their own contact details from Profile.
Permissions
Viewing organisation settings and editing them are separate permissions. Ask an admin if the fields are visible but cannot be changed.
